Tools For Grace is where Italian style and sense of beauty merge with the energy and efficiency of New York.

Flavia Bruni is a professional dancer, Pilates and Yoga instructor. She is inspired in her work by the sensuality of her native country Italy were art, flavor, and beauty pervade everyday life. Flavia enjoys working with women to build awareness and sensuality to express inner beauty natural elegance though the body. She graduated from the University of Bologna (B.S. Psychology) and moved to New York City....with the Italian sunshine on her back.

The classes at Tools For Grace are designed to develop a fit, lean body while revealing natural elegance in movement to express maximum health, energy, agility and beauty. We offer a variety of classes in classical Pilates, Be Beautiful Pilates, and Tools For Grace Movement Coaching. Each class respects and honors the architecture and design of a woman's body to bring an escalation of visible and tangible results in the strength and vitality of the body.

Prices start at $35 for semi-private Pilates classes. For private Pilates classes the prices range from $75 for 1 hour to $100 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Flavia also offers The Fabulous Bride: An Intensive Pilates Program Designed Specifically For Brides. The program combines the traditional benefits of Pilates including strength, flexibility, balance, and a slim core with our unique Tools For Grace Movement Coaching. The result is a beautiful, fit body that moves with elegance and exudes inner grace.
